How do I claim my items after purchase?

After checkout, open our Claim Order page, then start a live chat with your order number and Roblox username. Our team will deliver your items directly to your account — no password ever required.
My order isn't showing up on the claim page

Check your email for your BloxWave order confirmation and use the order number from there. If you still can't find it, contact us on live chat and we'll look it up for you immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately via live chat if you need to change or cancel. If the order hasn't been delivered yet we'll do our best to help. Once delivered, orders cannot be cancelled due to the digital nature of the items.
How do you deliver my items in-game?

Our team delivers by hand — a real staff member will join your game and trade the items directly to you. Make sure your Roblox privacy settings allow anyone to follow you into games. Go to Roblox Settings → Privacy → Who can join me in experiences → set to Everyone. Then let our team know on live chat and we'll get started.
It's taking a long time to receive my items

Why am I seeing a "Card Declined" error?

This is usually due to your bank blocking the transaction. Try: 1) Using a different card or payment method. 2) Contacting your bank to authorise the payment. 3) Using Apple Pay or Google Pay instead. Contact us if issues persist.
Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally can't offer refunds once items are delivered. However if there's an issue with your order we'll always work to resolve it. Check our full refund policy for details.
I see "Pending" charges on my bank — was I charged?

Pending charges are temporary holds placed by your bank, not confirmed payments. If your order failed, the pending charge will disappear within 3–5 business days. Contact us if you're unsure.
Do you accept Prepaid / Visa Gift Cards?
